#DressProudly ยท An early Chakraviu Nepal project

Dress Proudly

School uniforms, learning supplies, and a stronger sense of belonging at school.

Equality and belonging

Every student deserves to feel at home in school.

Dress Proudly responds to a practical barrier to participation: not having the school clothes other students wear. Chakraviu Nepal's campaign pairs uniform support with learning supplies so children can attend with confidence and take part alongside their peers.

Chakraviu Nepal has described #DressProudly as one of its early signature projects.

A holistic school-day

Uniform distribution as a day of learning and connection.

In Malta, southern Lalitpur, a campaign drive brought resource gathering, school supplies, and student activities together. The distribution included coordinated tracksuit sets, footwear, stationery pouches, and upcycled denim backpacks. Games, experiential activities, and sound healing made the school day about participation as well as receiving supplies.

Collected denim links Dress Proudly with Chakraviu Nepal's wider Circular Nepal work. NECO Insurance and Ladies Circle Nepal supported denim collection, while Nhu Designs helped transform discarded jeans into useful school bags and pouches. LVD Nepal joined as Chakraviu Nepal's Founding Circular Textile Partner. Read about From Jeans to Dreams .
